Wized Attribute

The Wized attribute is essential for configuring elements on your Webflow website within the Wized platform. By adding this attribute to any element, the Wized configurator can dynamically identify and manage the elements you wish to customize, allowing you to add specific configurations and behaviors.

How to Configure the Wized Attribute in Webflow

  1. Select the Element: Identify the HTML element on your website to which you want to apply the Wized Attribute.

  2. Access the Settings Tab: Navigate to the Settings tab for the selected element.

  3. Custom Attributes Section: Locate the Custom Attributes section.

  4. Add a New Attribute: Create a new attribute using the key wized.

  5. Define a Unique Value: Assign a unique value as the element name, such as button-submit or product-card. This value is crucial within Wized for identifying the specific element and applying the appropriate settings.

Important: Ensure that each name is unique. If you assign the same name to multiple elements, they will inherit the same behavior and logic, which can lead to unexpected results.

The Wized Attribute is compatible with all native Webflow elements as well as custom HTML elements, providing you with flexible integration options into your design. By utilizing this attribute, you can harness the capabilities of the Wized Configurator to implement custom data and logic, thus delivering an interactive and tailored experience for your application users.
